Here are three steps to manifest what you want. This is based off the teachings of Abraham-Hicks. I love this because while you may not have what you want right this moment by doing these three steps it gives you a sense of satisfaction to know that in conjunction with working hard and putting in action you are also in the right mindset and “working” mentally for it as well.
Focus on the thought of what you want with no resistance. What this means is focus on your goal without doubting it. If you find that you are doubting yourself or the idea of whatever it is that you want then get more generalized. The point is to think about your goal and effortlessly accept and believe it is possible. When you think about your goal make sure you are thinking about it in positive language. In other words don’t say what you don’t want. Say it in the present tense as if you already have it. For example, “I am financially free.” Notice the verbiage is not, “I will one day not be in debt.” This is very important to understand. How you speak does make a difference. We are creatures that emit energy so what we think and speak does matter because it all effects our energy. And why is it important to have good positive energy? Because everything that comes into your life is in direct response to your energy or as some call it “vibration”.
Hold the thought and similar thoughts for at least 17 seconds or longer each day. Now, when you do this do not mindlessly just repeat your goal like a robot. You have to really be in the moment and believe what your thinking is true. I like to say it out loud to keep my mind focused. As you say/think your goal you may think of something else that is similar; say/think that too! Keep the flow going just don’t stop and let any negativity in. What you are doing here is telling the universe what you want or should I say what you have. Really be in the moment when you do this and don’t worry about how you’re going to get there or how you’re going to accomplish the goal. The only thing you are doing at this point is really knowing with certainty that you have whatever it is you are thinking. This is also considered a “receptive mode”. It is here that ideas will come or maybe you’ll have impulses to go in a certain direction. That direction may lead to another idea which leads to another path and so on and so forth which ultimately leads to you attaining your goal. That’s how it works.
- Be persistent. You have to do this with true intention over and over. As you practice this timing of things will get better, opportunities will present themselves and you will be more clear of what you want.
I can’t tell you how this has really changed by life by approaching my goals this way. Just try it and see what happens.
